The shipping cost includes two home delivery attempts. If the package is not picked up within 5 days, the shipping agency will return your order to us. IMPORTANT:
- Once the order is shipped, an SMS or email is sent to the customer to track the shipment.
- If the customer has received notification that the order has been delivered, but has not received any package, it is the customer's responsibility to notify us within 24 hours so that we can make a claim to the transport agency.

- This service includes delivery from 10am to 2pm and from 4pm to 6pm. If you need a specific time, please indicate it in the comments of your purchase.
- If the shipping company returns your order to us, we will charge you for the cost of shipping and return.
- Once the order has been shipped, the delivery address CANNOT be changed, unless the customer requests it and assumes the cost.
Your order will arrive in 7-10 days if you live in a European Union country. We do not ship outside Europe.
In Spain (Peninsula), we ship your order for free if it exceeds 80 euros of purchase. You can also save on shipping costs if you pick up your order at our store. You can place your order through the web by choosing this option. In the case that the order does not exceed the amount of 80 euros, the cost of transport to Peninsula will be 5,95€.
In the case of furniture with a larger packing size, the cost of transportation will be calculated in the amount of the corresponding shipping costs on the product purchase page.
Baleares: The shipping cost to the Balearic Islands is 15 euros (VAT included), in the case of an order of less than 120 € (VAT included). In case of a higher amount in the purchase page will be calculated the corresponding amount of transport.
Países de UE: Shipping costs will be calculated once the system evaluates the price of your purchase and your delivery address. On the product payment page, the shipping cost will be calculated.

- Shipping costs are estimates. They may be modified depending on the number of packages or dimensions of each order. In case of cost overruns, the customer will be informed prior to shipment.
