The purpose of these General Conditions is to regulate the relationship between MI RINCONCITO MONTESSORI and the Customer BUYER, relating to all transactions carried out through the website of the on-line shop, whose owner is MI RINCONCITO MONTESSORI with registered office at C/ Prolongación Plaza Mayor, 14 C.P 03729 Llíber, ALICANTE, with number of C.I.F: 52788009L.

The purpose of the website is the SALE OF TOYS.

To purchase our products, you can go to the corresponding section of our online shop.

In the event that this error occurs in the prices and a customer has made a purchase decision based on this error, the company will inform the customer immediately and the customer may choose to cancel the purchase MI RINCONCITO MONTESSORI reserves the right to refuse orders placed by customers who have previously had conflicts with the company such as, for example, not withdrawing the order placed through cash on delivery, frequently returning orders, etc.

The duration of the contract shall be linked to the delivery of the product without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

Place an order at is very simple

Just follow the steps below:

  1. Register on our website. This step is not mandatory, it is rather OPTIONAL, but advisable as you will be able to access the section on MY ACCOUNT and you can receive interesting news about Montessori Learning.  

Creating an account is very easy, and you can do it in the same checkout process by simply adding a password.

Your personal data will be added to our database and will only be used to process your order, as well as to send you information about offers and services that may be of interest to you if you subscribe to our newsletter.

  1. Add the products you want to your basket

When you have finished selecting the products you want, click on your shopping cart. You will see it at the top right of the page. Here you can remove products or change quantities.

  1. Choose your preferred payment method

Choose between in-store collection, payment by credit card, Paypal (with an extra charge that will be reflected) or bank transfer.

  1. If there are any transport costs, these will be indicated in the amount.
  2. Confirm order

You will then see your order confirmed in a message on the screen. You will also receive an e-mail with information about your order.

If you live in Spain (Peninsula) and you place your order before 13:00h any working day, you will receive your order in 24-48h.

If you prefer, you can also place your order by phone, WhatsApp or Facebook.

The prices of the products on sale in our e-commerce shop reflect the Spanish Value Added Tax (VAT). For other countries, the tax for each product will be adjusted once the system registers the delivery address.

Purchases made by VAT taxpayers (companies, entities, organisations...) with residence in the European Union and with an intra-Community VAT number, will be exempt from paying VAT, it being an essential condition that they send a certificate issued by the tax authorities of their country accrediting their tax situation prior to their purchase to our e-mail address: In the event of not residing in intra-Community territory, it will be necessary to prove tax residence outside of it. 

Shops subject to the equivalence surcharge must send 036 before making any purchase. The equivalence surcharge is not included in the prices indicated on the web, so the corresponding percentage will be applied to the web prices.

Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on the website are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have purchased, we will inform you as soon as possible.


The customer may pay the amount of his order in any of the following ways. You must indicate your choice during the purchase process:

Credit Card through the secure platform of the bank La Caixa. At no cost to the buyer. Confidential data are transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution that mediates the payment. Credit card details are not registered in any case on our website.

PayPal. If you are a regular customer of this service, you can use it to make your payment. PayPal payments are made directly on the PayPal website, following the conditions of use established by PayPal. This service has an extra charge for the buyer equivalent to 3.50% of the total amount of the purchase, plus €0.35 for each order. The reason why we add this cost is that Paypal charges us a high % commission for all payments made through them.

Bank transfer. No cost to the buyer. will inform the user of the account number where the transfer can be made. Important: the delivery time will begin to be counted once the transfer has been received and we have checked that the details of the recipient of the transfer coincide exactly with those of Mi Rinconcito Montessori.

All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology.

All the information you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network.

Likewise, your credit card details are entered directly on the bank's website, at the bank's POS (Point of Sale Terminal) and are not entered or registered on any Mi Rinconcito Montessori server.

Please note that payment must be made in EUROS and that any exchange and bank charges are to be borne by the customer.

In the case of bank transfers made from outside Spain, it is very important that when ordering the transfer you always inform your bank, taking charge of the commissions at source, those bank fees and expenses corresponding to your bank. Otherwise, MI RINCONCITO MONTESSORI may stop the shipment of your order if we do not receive the full amount of your order.

Any exchange and bank charges are to be borne by the customer.

Availability of the products offered by MI RINCONCITO MONTESSORI  may vary depending on customer demand. Although the stock is updated periodically, the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at that time. In the event of non-execution due to unavailability, MI RINCONCITO MONTESSORI will notify the customer as soon as it becomes aware of this situation.


Once the purchase process has been completed, the customer will receive a confirmation of the purchase by e-mail. It is essential that during the purchase process the user indicates a valid email address. Upon receipt of the product at the delivery address provided, the customer will receive an invoice or a copy of the order.


MI RINCONCITO MONTESSORI ships to: Peninsula, Balearic Islands and countries belonging to the EU.

Shipments are made as follows:

Shipments to Peninsula (Spain)

Shipments to the Peninsula have an estimated delivery time of 24 to 48 working hours.

The cost of shipping to the Peninsula is a flat rate of 5.95 euros (VAT included) for the entire peninsular territory. If an order exceeds 80 euros (VAT included) shipping costs will be FREE.

In the case of larger pieces of furniture, the cost of transport will be calculated in the amount of the corresponding shipping costs on the product purchase page.

Shipments to Balearic Islands (Spain)

Shipments to Balearic Islands have an estimated delivery time of 3 to 4 working days.

The shipping cost to the Balearic Islands is 15 euros (VAT included), in the case of an order of less than 120€ (VAT included). If the order is for a higher amount, the corresponding shipping cost will be calculated on the purchase page. 

Shipments to Portugal

Shipments to Portugal have an estimated delivery time of 48-72 working hours.>

Shipping costs to Portugal will be calculated once the system evaluates the price of your purchase and your delivery address. On the product payment page, the shipping cost will be calculated.

Shipments to Rest of EU Countries 

Shipments to other EU countries usually take between 7 and 10 working days.

In the event that the customer wants the delivery of the product at a time that differs from the times established by the courier company or requires urgent delivery, the price should be consulted in advance by contacting MI RINCONCITO MONTESSORI.

Product returns

You should know that by Law (Article 71 of Law 3/2014 of 27 March) you have, as a consumer, a minimum period of fourteen calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal, i.e. to return the product for whatever reason.

Mi Rinconcito Montessori guarantees you this right and also enhances it with the following conditions.

If you receive a product that you do not like, is damaged or incomplete or the product does not correspond to the one you ordered, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.

  • In case the return is because the product is damaged or incomplete or does not correspond to the one you ordered, we will refund you the full amount of your purchase, transport costs included, within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving and checking the returned package, and through the same payment method you used in the purchase.
  • In the event that the return is for cancellation or because you do not like it, we will refund the full amount of your purchase, with the exception of transport costs that will be paid by the customer buyer, within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving and checking the returned package, and through the same payment method you used in the purchase.

Remember that the product must be returned in its original packaging, and contain 100% of the documents, guides and accessories indicated in the instructions. We cannot receive items that show misuse by the customer.

For returns of defective products purchased in our shop, the replacement will also be made in the shop and in no case will be sent by courier.

If a product is returned to Mi Rinconcito Montessori because the recipient was absent in all delivery attempts and a new delivery date or place could not be agreed with the transport operator, we will refund the amount of the order with taxes, but not the shipping costs..

As regards product returns (not defective) of purchases made in our shop, these must be made in the same way in the shop and under no circumstances will they be sent by courier.

Many of the products offered in are made of wood or cardboard. These materials are of natural origin and can react under extreme conditions. It is advisable to keep them in normal conditions of humidity and dryness. This way we can enjoy them for a very long time.

MI RINCONCITO MONTESSORI guarantees compliance with the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, guaranteeing the repair or replacement of the product in the event that it does not conform to the contract at no cost to the consumer.

MY RINCONCITO MONTESSORI has several channels to provide service for doubts, clarifications, complaints, requests or any other issue that may be of interest to our customers.
