About Ordering

How can I place an order? +

In Mi Rinconcito Montessori we make it easy for you. You can place an order via WhatsApp, email or in our online store.

To do it in the online store, just add the products you want to your shopping cart and follow the steps, it's very easy! Indicate your ID or VAT number if you need an invoice. In case the billing and shipping address is different, you must change it.

Please, check your data once you have filled it in. Any small error in your postal code, or not indicating the door or any other information not provided may delay the delivery.

How can I know if the order has been placed correctly? +

It is very simple. As soon as you finish your order you will receive a confirmation email..

How can I know the status of my order? +

Once your order has been picked up by the transport company, you will receive via email and WhatsApp a notification with the order locator. This locator allows you to track the status of your order directly on the carrier's website.

How long does it take to ship an order? +

For orders to Peninsula the transit time is 24 to 48 working hours.

For Balearic Islands, the transit time is 3-4 working days.

For shipments to other EU countries, shipping usually takes 7-10 business days.

All orders received before 13:00h are delivered the same day to our transport company for delivery starting the next day.

If the order arrives on a working day before 13:00h, the order will be shipped the same day. If it arrives after 13:00h, it is shipped the next working day.

What are the shipping costs in Spain? +

For all items except furniture:

Peninsula: FREE shipping from 80€. Lower orders: 5,95€

Balearic Islands: Shipping costs of 15€ (VAT included) for orders under 120€. When the amount is over 120€, shipping costs will be calculated automatically in the shopping cart.

In case of furniture, shipping costs will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart.

Shipping with GLS and Correos. You will receive tracking by email and SMS.

What are the shipping costs to Portugal? +

About Returns

Can I return an order? +

If you are not satisfied with your product, you have 15 days from receipt of your purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Art. 44 of the Law 7/1996, of January 15, 1996, of Retail Trade Regulation, establishes in favor of the customer the right to revoke the order placed within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, thus facilitating any type of return or claim.

If you notice that the packaging of your order has any damage, you should note it on the delivery note provided by the transport company.

The material must be in perfect condition so that we can refund the full amount.

The amount will be refunded by the same means that you made your purchase, within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days.

In this case the return costs will be borne by the customer. The return costs will be calculated according to the volume of the product.

Once we receive the material, we will check its condition and we will make the return in the same form of payment with which the original order was made.

You can also send by your own means to our address.

The product must be carefully packed to ensure its reception in perfect condition. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED without its original packaging or with boxes in poor condition, labeled etc.

I have received a defective or damaged product, what should I do? +

We give discounts of up to 15% depending on the total amount of the purchase.
